Obituary of Jon Morse Sr.

Jonathan A. “Jon” Morse, Sr., “AKA Otto the bus driver” age 59, husband of Renee Morse (nee Neadow), of Ransomville died unexpectedly on Monday, December 27, 2021, at home. Jon was born on July 22, 1962, in Niagara Falls, NY. He is the son of the late Raymond and the late Mary (Hasley) Morse and his late Stepmother Mona Morse. Jon graduated from Lew-Port CSD in 1982. He married Renee Neadow on May 5, 1984. Jon currently was employed with STA for the last 3 years as a mechanic and bus driver, he had previously worked for Ransomville Bus Lines for 26 years. He enjoyed woodworking, bowling and was a diehard Buffalo Bills fan. Jon was a beloved husband, father, grandpa, brother and uncle, his kind spirt, sense of humor and quick wit will be missed. Surviving is his wife, Renee; their children, Crystal (Daniel) Mazzola, Mary Elizabeth (Nathan) Geisendorff and Jonathan A. (Jessica) Morse Jr.; his siblings, Connie (late Gary) Moore, Ronald “Ronnie” Morse, Bonnie Spencer, Robert “Robbie” (Leslie) Morse and Mary Anne (Rick) Barcomb; grandchildren, Jordan, Jayna, Jaxton Geisendorff and Autumn and Evelyn Mazzola Family and friends are invited to a memorial service to be held at the Ransomville Free Methodist Church 3924 Ransomville Rd. Ransomville, NY 14131 on January 22nd at 11:00 AM. The family requests attendees wear Red, White and Blue or Buffalo Bills Attire. Memorials may be made the Ransomville Vol. Fire Co.
