I met John when he was a lifeguard at the Metro Y in downtown Rochester. For many years now, he delivered our newspapers here in Irondequoit. He was a kind, sensitive, hard-working man. He loved our country and was proud of his contributions, hoping that all Veterans would treat this country with respect. I will remember John.
