Obituary of Jane E. Charbonneau

Please share a memory of Jane to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Jane E. Charbonneau, age 59 of Lockport, was greeted in Heaven on Saturday, October 23, 2010. She was the beloved wife for 29 years of Bruce Charbonneau; the loving mother of Jolette (Chris) Markham and Nicholette Charbonneau; sister of Anne (Bill) Teiper, Mary Margaret (John) Young, and Jody (Hansrudi) Born; and sister in law of Jim (Cindy) Charbonneau, Sheila Beiter, and Tony D'Angelo. She was also survived by several nieces and nephews. Jane was the daughter of the late Kenneth and Rita (Lutz) Welker and the daughter in law of the late Margaret D'Angelo and Roy Charbonneau. Jane graduated from Wilson Central High School and attended Bryant and Stratton. She worked at Tops Market in Wrights Corners for 38 years as office manager and later as bookkeeper. Jane loved and enjoyed her family and was a wonderful friend. She also loved all animals, especially cats and also loved going to estate sales. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends. Her family would like other family and friends to join them in a celebration of Jane's life at Willowbrook Golf Course Restaurant, 4200 Lake Ave., Lockport on Saturday, October 30th, between 3:00 and 7:00 pm. There will be no prior visitation. Because of Jane's love for animals, the family requests that in lieu of flowers, you honor her memory with a donation to Save-A-Pet, PO Box 114, Newfane, NY 14108.
