Obituary of Lois R. Stockwell

Lois Ruth Stockwell, age 89, of the Town of Hartland entered into rest on Sunday, August 22, 2021, at Northgate Health Care Facility in North Tonawanda, NY. Lois was born on June 21, 1932, in Niagara Falls, NY. She is the daughter of the late Kenneth and the late Lucy (Carpenter) Tower. She was a graduate of Wilson H.S class of 1949 and also Deaconess School of Nursing. Lois married William Stockwell on March 29, 1951, he predeceased her on June 23, 2002.
She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren and was an avid bird watcher.
Surviving are her children, Lois (Alan) Kraft, William R. Stockwell, Robert (Julie) Stockwell, Linda (Randy) Elersic and Timothy Stockwell (Steven), also 8 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
Calling hours will be held at the HARDISON FUNERAL HOMES INC. 3648 Ransomville Rd. Ransomville, NY 14131 on SUNDAY from 3-7 PM. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 10:00 AM. on MONDAY (Aug 30), burial will be in North Ridge Cemetery.
