Obituary of Norma Bugyi

Norma Bugyi, age 87, of Niagara Falls, entered into rest on Saturday, July 31, 2021, at ECMC in Buffalo, NY. Norma was born on August 11, 1933, in Youngstown, NY. She is the daughter of the late Mack and the late Dicie (Robinson) Tweed. She attended school at the famous Red Brick Schoolhouse in Youngstown. She married John Bugyi on May 18, 1962. She was employed by Simon Recycling in the Town of Niagara as an Owner/ Officer Manager. Norma loved her dog Georgette, her bloody Mary’s, spending time with her entire family and she was known to put others first before herself. Surviving are her children, Gary (Bonnie) Bugyi, Sandra Bugyi and Cathy Bugyi; her grandchildren, Taylor Bugyi, Brooke Klein, Ronald Bugyi Jr., and other grandchildren; her niece Darlene Jeffords and nephew Frank Serba and other nieces and nephews; her great nieces Nichole and Rebecca Jeffords and Christie Elson and great nephew Travis Mis. Norma is predeceased by her children Ronald Bugyi and Timothy Bugyi and her siblings Helen Serba, Ruth Jeffords, and James and Edith Tweed. Calling hours will be Wednesday, August 4 from 6-8 PM at the Hardison Funeral Home, N. Fourth & Ridge Streets, Lewiston, NY. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, August 5 at the Hardison Funeral Home, N. Fourth & Ridge Streets, Lewiston, NY with Rev. James Bastian officiating.
