Obituary of Diane M. Weist

Diane M. Weist, age 62, of Las Vegas, NV, formerly of Youngstown and wife of 42 years to Harry D. "Bud" Weist, entered into rest on Thursday, July 29, 2021, at the home of her brother in Burt, NY. Diane was born on December 7, 1958, in Niagara Falls, NY. She is the daughter of Raymond and Dorothy (Troxell) Kline. Diane graduated from Lew-Port class of 1977 and went on to attend E.C.C. She was a woman of faith and had a strong belief in our savior Jesus Christ. Diane loved to garden, bake, spend time with her family, celebrate the holidays, especially Halloween, it was legendary! She loved living on their farm on Youngstown-Lockport Rd. up until it was sold, and they moved to Las Vegas. Surviving is her husband, Harry D. "Bud" Weist; her parents, Raymond and Dorothy Kline; their children, Holly (Matthew) Hilts, Harry D. (Allison) Weist II, and Kristan (Tony) Nigro; her brother, Ray (Jacqueline) Kline; nephews, Jacob and Samuel; brother-in-law Mike Weist, sister-in-law Linda Anne Weist; nephew, David Buss and grandchildren, Francesca "Frankie" Weist and Tony Nigro. Diane is predeceased by her siblings, Donna, Mark, and John Kline and her in-laws, Daniel and Jeanie Weist. Memorial service is scheduled for 11:00 AM September 13th 2021 at the HARDISON FUNERAL HOMES INC 3648 Ransomville Rd. Ransomville NY.. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Niagara County SPCA, 2100 Lockport Rd., Niagara Falls, NY 14304, or the Lockport Alliance Church, 555 Davison Rd., Lockport NY 14094.
