Kevin A. Mitchell, age 59, of Lewiston, husband of Elizabeth (Gordon) Mitchell entered into rest surround by his family on Sunday, June 20, 2021, at home. Kevin was born April 8, 1962, in Cape Cod, MA. He is the son of the late Oran and Shirley (Wilcox) Mitchell. He married Elizabeth Gordon on May 23, 1982. He served in the United States Air Force from 1983 to 1987. He retired in 2014 after 22 years as a firefighter with the Federal U.S Government working at the Air Base. Kevin enjoyed camping, music and was an avid motorcyclist.
Surviving is his wife, Elizabeth (Gordon) Mitchell; his children, Ashley (Christopher) Tarasek and Kevin (Stephanie) Mitchell II; his siblings, Cheryl (Late Louis) Kosloski and Wayne (Debbie) Mitchell; a granddaughter Michayla Tarasek; also several nieces, nephews and many friends. He is predeceased by his brother Franklin Mitchell.
Calling hours will be held on Friday, June 25th from 3-6 PM at the Hardison Funeral Homes Inc., N. Fourth & Ridge Streets, Lewiston, NY. A memorial service will be held immediately following at 6:00 PM in the funeral home.
