Lillian M. Schuler, formerly of Townline Rd. in Wilson entered into rest on Friday, April 2, 2021 at Degraff Memorial Skilled Nursing Facility in North Tonawanda, NY. Lillian was born in Niagara Falls, NY. She is the daughter of the late Harry and the late Elizabeth (Bertram) Shortsleeve. She married Alton Schuler in September of 1947, he predeceased her in April of 1994. She was a homemaker most of her life working briefly at Buffalo Bolt. Lillian loved the country life, and enjoyed helping her husband on the family grape farm. She also enjoyed traveling with her husband around the United States in their motor home and had a great love for animals. Lillian was a long-time member of St. Peter’s Lutheran Church at North Ridge. She is survived by her children; Sandra (Michael) Kerwin and Debby (Jim) Cobb; her grandchildren, Aaron (Kelly) and Steven Cobb, Brian Kerwin and several great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. She is predeceased by her siblings Harry Shortsleeve Jr. and Josephine Strassburg. Services will be held privately with her family. Burial will take place in North Ridge Cemetery Town of Cambria, NY. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to South. Wilson Volunteer Fire Co. Memorial Fund, 4194 Chestnut Rd., Wilson, NY 14172-0609. Arrangements entrusted to HARDISON FUNERAL HOMES INC.
