Dear Joyce, Rick, Linda and Paul, Neil was a wonderful friend and we will hold him in our hearts forever. There are so many memories of fun times and hard times with Neil; but one thing was sure and that was his positive outlook. Always encouraging and helping when he didn’t have to but enjoying every minute of it. His love for all of you was always present in his everyday conversations. He was so special to so many of us and all of you can be very proud of that. He was the best of the best. In deepest sympathy, Iva Streeter
