Judith Ruth Higgins (nee Mann), age 82, entered into rest on Saturday, January 23, 2021 at Newfane Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Newfane, NY. Judy was born on December 7, 1938 in Buffalo, NY, she is the daughter of the late Arthur and the late Florence (Wahl) Mann. Judy worked for 50 years at Fowler’s Chocolates was a candy maker.
Surviving is her children Jeffery (Renee), Brien, Kelly, and Gary Higgins; her twin brother’s Paul and John Mann; several grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is predeceased by her son Steven Higgins and her sister Patricia Carr.
