Carolyn J. Neumann, age 77, of Lewiston and wife of the late Donald W. Barnett and Louis W. Neumann passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 3, 2020 at her home in Lewiston. Carolyn was on born September 20, 1943 in Niagara Falls, NY. She is the daughter of the late Edward and the late Helen (King) Madey. She graduated from Airport Command High school in Carleton, MI in 1961. She was employed by Niagara University as the Men’s and Women’s basketball Secretary from 1996 till her retirement in 2010, previously she had drove bus for 13 years at Ransomville Bus Lines. Carolyn was a devout Lutheran and she enjoyed attending the NU Basketball games, sewing, gardening, crafts and spending time with her family. She is survived by her grandchildren Jeremy (Heather) Lymburner, Alesha Lymburner (Bryon Wall) and Candice (Chris) Baldwin; her daughter Tammy Barnett of Lewiston, her son-in-law Craig Lymburner of Lewiston, and her brothers Stanley Madey of Abbington, PA, and Edward Madey of Mannington, WV. Every day she felt blessed to have known her great-grandchildren Caleb, Ellie, Christopher, and Cadence. Carolyn is predeceased by her husbands Donald W. Barnett in 1973 and Louis W. Neumann in 2009, also her brother Roger King. A memorial service will be held at the Lutheran Church of the Messiah 915 Oneida St. Lewiston on May 29th 2021 at 11:00 AM, burial to be held in North Ridge Cemetery.
