So very sorry to learn of General's passing. Sincere sympathy to all the Horning family. I would see him go by our house in his truck with his dog a lot and he was always interesting to talk to when he came in the Agriculture office where I worked and would bring his "little" Son Stephen with him. He always wanted to know the "latest" in Newfane, fun and interesting person to talk to. Again, so very sorry.
