Obituary of Raymond Donald Mangan

Raymond Donald Mangan, age 81, of Newfane and husband of Rose M. Keaty Mangan entered into rest on Saturday, October 31, 2020 at Eastern Niagara Hospital Lockport. Raymond was born on May 3, 1939 in Buffalo, NY. He is the son of the late Joseph and Marian (Deibel) Mangan. Raymond graduated from Wilson High School in 1957 and in July 1959 he married Rose M. Keaty. Raymond retired as a tool setter from General Motors, Tonawanda, NY in 1982, and owned several Napa Stores. He loved to be with his family. He is survived by his wife Rose; daughters Theresa (Timothy) Seaman and Nicole Keaty and sons, Raymond, jr and Brian (Brenda) Mangan. He also is survived by ten grandchildren: one great-grandchild and his Siblings, Paul (Joanne) Mangan, Martin(Michele) Mangan, Robert Mangan, Virginia (Ray) Houghtling, Mary Mangan and William (Barbara) Mangan also several nieces and nephew. Raymond is predeceased by his son James J. and his brother James Mangan. No Prior Visitation. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 am on SATURDAY (Nov. 7) at St. Brendan on the Lake (Wilson Site) 345 Lake St. Wilson, NY 14172. (Please assemble at church) Burial will follow in North Ridge Cemetery. Donations may be made to Miller Hose Fire. Co. P.O Box 99 Newfane, NY 14108 and St Brendan, RC Church.
