Elmer H. Schuler, age 92, of Cambria died monday, October 26, 2020 at Eastern Niagara Hospital Lockport. Elmer was born July 9, 1928 in Cambria, NY. He is the son of the late Elmer and the late Elizabeth (Garlock) Schuler Sr. Elmer attended local schools. He was a self-employed dairy farm with Schuler Farms of Cambria all his life. Elmer was a building inspector for many years for the Town of Cambria, he was a people person, an antique car buff, also an exempt fireman with Cambria Vol. Fire Co.
He is survived by several children Thomas J. Schuler, Diane (Dieter) Fallgatter , Peggy (John) Chisam and Donald A. (Patricia) Schuler also his sister Thelma Berst; 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Elmer is predeceased by a son Kevin M. Schuler and his siblings Alton, Vira and Donald Schuler also Alice Hammer and Helen Townsend
Graveside services will be held on FRIDAY October 30, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Wheatfield Cemetery Mapleton Rd. Wheatfield, NY (Please assemble at the Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
