Obituary of Elizabeth L. Lacey

Elizabeth L. “Bette” Lacey, age 72, of Ransomville passed away peacefully on Friday, October 16, 2020 at Niagara Hospice in Lockport, NY. Bette was born February 4, 1948 in Niagara Falls, NY. She was the daughter of the late Paul and late Gladys (Pierce) Reiter. Bette married Gerald C. Lacey on August 12, 1978. Bette was employed by Fidelis Care in Amherst, NY and retired in January 2020. Bette enjoyed camping, traveling, wine tasting, and spending time with her family. In addition to her loving husband of 42 years, Bette is survived by her children Gerald (Lisa) Lacey, Kim (Gary) Cross, Scott (Tammy) Ferris, and Dawn (Christopher) Srock; her grandchildren, Benjamin Lacey, Chelsey, Staci, and Allyson Roberts, Alyssa, Andrew, and Zachary Ferris, Lillian Lacey, Fiona, Abigail, and Henry Srock; her great grandchildren, Christina Komisarof, Cole Roberts, Barbara Ellen Roberts, John Jay Parker, and Brianna Dowden; her sister in-laws Kathleen (Robert) Britton and Vicki (late George) Lacey as well as many nieces and nephews. Family and friends may attend visitation on TUESDAY, October 20th from 2-4pm and 7-9pm at HARDISON FUNERAL HOMES INC., 3648 Ransomville Road, Ransomville, NY. Funeral services will be held on WEDNESDAY October 21st at 11:00 AM in the funeral home. Burial will be in Niagara Falls Memorial Park in Lewiston.
