Obituary of Clifford C. Johnson

Clifford C. Johnson, age 93 formerly of North Ridge Rd., Town of Cambria, died Friday August 20, 2010 in the Odd Fellow & Rebekah Health Facility in Lockport. Clifford was born April 9, 1917 in the Town of Cambria, the son of the late Wesley D. and Alice (Coulter) Johnson and was a lifelong resident. He was an U.S. Army veteran of WW II. A farm hand his whole life, Clifford worked at Robinson's Farms, and Luff's Family Farms in the Town of Cambria. He was a member of the North Ridge United Methodist Church and the Ransomville Retirees. He was predeceased by his sister, Mary G. Schnoor in 2005. He is survived by a niece, Donna (Edward) Eckerson of Middleburg, FL; two great nephews, Michael (Belinda) Healy and Sean (Sharon) Healy; a great niece, Andrea Healy; and several great great nieces and nephews. Friends may call at HARDISON FUNERAL HOME, 3648 Ransomville Road, Ransomville on Tuesday, August 24, from 4 - 6 pm. Funeral Services will be held following the visitation at 6:00 PM in the funeral home. Burial in North Ridge Cemetery, Church Rd., Town of Cambria will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the North Ridge United Methodist Church, 3930 North Ridge Rd., Lockport, NY 14094.
