Obituary of Dolores M. Myers

Dolores M. Myers, age 80, of Youngstown and wife of the late David B. Myers died on Friday, August 7, 2020 at home in Youngstown. Dolores was born July 18, 1940 in Niagara Falls, NY. She is the daughter of the late James and the late Frances (Pantlik) Finitz. She attended Niagara Falls High School and received an associates degree from Alfred State University. She married David B. Myers on July 6, 1963. Dolores retired from Carborundum Co. in Niagara Falls, NY in 1998 as an Executive Secretary after 35 years. She enjoyed arts and crafts, cross stitching, jig saw puzzles, camping, plastic canvas, and spending time with her family. She is survived by one daughter: Denise (Terry) Burns of Niagara Falls, NY, and twin sons: Donald Myers of Youngstown, NY, and Daniel (Tracey) Myers of Mooresville, NC. Also surviving is her brother James Finitz of AZ; her grandchildren, Kayla Myers, Jessica Myers, Danielle Burns (Daniel), Stephanie Burns ( Michael Daken) and Dylan Myers. Family and friends may attend visitation on TUESDAY (AUG 11) from 11:00 AM till 1:00 PM at the HARDISON FUNERAL HOMES INC. 3648 Ransomville Road, Ransomville, NY. A funeral service will be held immediately following at 1:00 PM with Rev. Dr. Rex Stewart officiating. Burial will be in North Ridge Cemetery Town of Cambria, NY.
