Obituary of Judith L. Hicks

Judith Louise Hicks, age 62 of Wilson and wife of the late Ronald Hicks entered into rest on Sunday, June 14, 2020 at Niagara Hospice House in Lockport, NY. Judith was born on June 18, 1957 in Kenmore, NY. She is the daughter of the late Joseph and the late Jeanne (Lawler) Hacherl. She married Ronald Hicks on August 15, 1981 he predeceased her on May 20, 2018.
Judith retired from HSBC Bank in June 2019 after 35 plus years as a Computer Programmer. She enjoyed reading, book clubs, traveling and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by two daughters; Stacey (Jeffrey) Danner and Rhonda Hicks; her Siblings, Kathy (John) DeNisco, Mary Jo (Tom) Farley, Edward (Marge) Hacherl, John (Shannon) Hacherl and Joe (Karen) Hacherl. Also surviving are her grandchildren Easton and Avery.
Family and friends are invited to attend visitation on THURSDAY from 4- 8 PM at the HARDISON FUNERAL HOMES INC. 3648 Ransomville Rd. Ransomville, NY 14131. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 am on FRIDAY, June 19 at Immaculate Conception RC Church, 4671 Town Line Rd., Ransomville, NY with Rev. James Bastian officiating. Entombment will be private with her family in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Immaculate Conception RC Church, 4671 Town Line Rd., Ransomville, NY 14131. Arrangements entrusted to HARDISON FUNERAL HOMES INC.
