James E. “ Eddie” Cyphert, age 72, of Wilson husband of Sandra Cyphert (Nee Kozarowicz) died Monday, June 8, 2020 at Schoellkopf Health Center of Niagara Falls, NY. Eddie was born July 14, 1947 in Brookville, PA. He is the son of the late Woodrow and the late Lois Evelyn (Walmer) Cyphert. Eddie married Sandra Kozarowicz on April 15, 1967 they were married for 53 years He was employed by Ceswid Corp. in Niagara Falls as a Laborer for 10 years and also at Carborundum for many years. Eddie was an avid fisherman and hunter and enjoyed playing cards and spending time with family and friends. He is survived by his wife Sandra; his children Jackie Hejza, John (Rhiannon) Cyphert and Dana Cyphert. Also surviving is 11 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren; a brother in-law Paul Kovac and sister in-law Alice Smith. Eddie is predeceased by his siblings Sylvia Kovac, Sandra Arsenault and Woodrow Cyphert. A celebration of life will be held on Sunday June 14, 2020 from 2-8 PM at their home 206 Washington St. Wilson, NY 14172.
