Rochelle “Shelley” (Bednarski) McGuire, age 75, of Lewiston and wife of Timothy McGuire entered into rest suddenly on Monday, April 13, 2020 at Mount St. Mary's Hospital in Lewiston, NY. Shelley was born on January 20, 1945 in Niagara Falls, NY, she is the daughter of the late Casimer and the late Mary Bednarski. Shelley graduated from high school then attended Cheryl Fell School of Business. She married Timothy McGuire on March 3, 1962. Shelley worked at Mount St. Mary's Hospital in the billing dept. for the last 10 years. She was a very talented artist known for her “La” Rochelle” signature at her Allentown and Lewiston Art Festival Showings. Shelley enjoyed knitting, crocheting, mackloma and playing Mahjong on Thursdays with her girlfriends. She is survived by her husband, Tim; their children Ken (Beth) McGuire, Dennis McGuire, Kelly (Brad) Orcutt and Jamie Lee McGuire; her brother Daniel (Louise) Bednarski also their grandchildren, Elizabeth, Maggie Jean, Emily, Malaki, Bryce also 5 great grandchildren and many friends. Due to current circumstances, Services will be held privately with her family. Burial will be in Riverdale Cemetery Lewiston, NY. Memorial donations may be made to Niagara County SPCA, 2100 Lockport Rd., Niagara Falls, NY 14304. Arrangements entrusted to HARDISON FUNERAL HOMES INC. Lewiston, NY.
