Rodger A. Rick, age 81, of Ransomville husband of the late Donna Madsen Rick died Thursday, February 6, 2020 at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center in Niagara Falls, NY. Rodger was born on December 10, 1938 in Niagara Falls, NY. He is the son of the late Willis F. and the late Alida "Dolly" (Vail) Rick. He married Donna Madsen on December 29, 1962, she predeceased on April 13, 2009. Rodger served in the United States Air Force from 28 May 1956 to 6 Feb 1958. He was the owner and operator of the Wilson House in Wilson, NY from 1972 to 1985.
He is survived by two daughters; Cindy Rudolph- Hill of Ransomville, NY and Kelly Johnson (James Varney) of Pendleton, NY; a son Wade Rick of Wilson, NY; his grandchildren, Erick and Holly Rudolph also Erin and Wade Rick, Jr. also surviving is his companion, Audrey Janes Adams of Niagara Falls. Rodger is predeceased by his brothers, Jack and Al Rick.
Friends may call at HARDISON FUNERAL HOME, 3648 Ransomville Rd., Ransomville, NY on Saturday, March 7, from 12:00 noon until 2:00 pm at which time a Memorial Service will held.
