Obituary of Gail E. Duxbury

Gail E. Duxbury, age 71, of Ransomville wife of William Duxbury died on Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at Eastern Niagara Hospital Lockport NY. Gail was born March 28, 1948 in St. David’s, Ontario Canada, she is the daughter of the late John and the late Gladys (French) Forster. Gail married William Duxbury on November 24, 1966; she was a homemaker all of her life. She was a long-time member of the Ransomville Free Methodist Church, she volunteered as a facilitator for the Vietnam Veterans at the Copen House in Niagara Falls and also volunteering at the clothing ministry “Lord’s Closet” in Wilson. Surviving is her husband William; her son’s John (Jennifer) Duxbury and Timothy Duxbury; her daughter’s Victoria Duxbury, Amanda (Jason) Wilson and Deanna Duxbury; her Siblings, Danny Forster; Brad Forster and Cindy Oldenburg also 13 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Gail is predeceased by her infant daughter Danielle Duxbury. Family and friends may call on THURSDAY, February 13 from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 PM at the HARDISON FUNERAL HOMES INC, 3648 Ransomville Road, Ransomville, NY. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on FRIDAY, February 14 in the funeral home with Rev. William Lowery officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Assoc.
