Obituary of Richard J. Lauzonis

Richard J. Lauzonis 76, of Lewiston husband of Lynn Huckins Lauzonis entered into rest on Monday, December 2, 2019 at Mount St. Mary's Hospital Lewiston, NY.  Richard was born  on October 4, 1943 in Niagara Falls, NY. He is the son of the late Joseph and the late Helen Rybarczyk Lauzonis. Richard graduated from Lew-Port High School class of 1961.    

Richard was employed by the New York State Power Authority in Lewiston, NY as a Sheet Metal Worker and maintenance planner retiring in 2005 after 25 years. Richard was a member of the Niagara Co. Bonds Lake Sportsman Club, he enjoyed going to car shows, his pet dogs and dancing especially to the jitterbug.

 

He is survived by his wife: Lynn; a daughter Mary Anne Lauzonis-Harvey of North Tonawanda and a son Michael (Donna) Lauzonis of Albuquerque, NM; his sister Joyce (Craig) Warner; a brother Joseph (Barbara) Lauzonis also his grandchildren, Ashleigh, Trey, Nikolas, Savannah and Jessica and several nieces and nephews.

 

Family and friends may call on FRIDAY (Dec.6) from 4-7 PM. at the HARDISON FUNERAL HOMES INC.,  N. Fourth and Ridge Sts. Lewiston, NY.  Funeral Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
