Obituary of Marion B. Zasucha
Marion B. Zasucha, age 82, of Youngstown, wife of the late Phillip J Zasucha entered into rest Sunday, November 17, 2019 at South Buffalo Mercy Hospital Buffalo, NY. Marion was born on November 13, 1937 in Niagara Falls, NY. She is the daughter of the late James and the late Catherine Mullane Bush. Marion married Phillip Zasucha on June 6, 1959, he predeceased her on September 8, 1983.
Phil and Marion operated Phil's Place in Youngstown for many years. She was also an employee of B-kwik/Melloni’s Marketplace in Youngstown until 2018. She was a member of the Youngstown VFW Lake Ontario Post 313 Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed crafts, baking and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her children Stephen (Kathryn) Zasucha, Deborah Dhue and Susan (Christopher) Roff.; her siblings Barbara (Late Harry) Piper, Carolyn (Late DeVillo) Gray; Judith (Late Jerome) Casper, and James Bush (Linda Presutti) She is also survived by her grandchildren Zachary, Stephen( Samantha Stack), Stephanie (Joel), Kaitlin, Patrick (Kaitlyn) Shane (Sarah) Christopher, one great grandchild Emmett and several nieces and nephews, especially her special niece, her angel Lisa. Marion was predeceased by her sisters in law, Connie White Bush and Phyllis Moon (Late Robert)
Family and friends may call on SATURDAY November 23rd, from 10 am – 2 pm at the HARDISON FUNERAL HOMES INC. N. Fourth and Ridge St. Lewiston, NY. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home following at 2:00pm. Burial will be in St. Bernard RC Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Village of Youngstown Senior Van Fund P.O Box 168 Youngstown, NY 14174.
