Obituary of Patricia Krell

Patricia M. (O'Donnell) Krell of Lewiston, NY, passed away on August 26, 2019 at Roswell Park Cancer Institute, surrounded by family. She was born in Niagara Falls, NY, on April 10, 1940, the daughter of the late Manus and Margaret O'Donnell (Shanahan).
Patricia attended Sacred Heart High school in Niagara Falls and was an Irish step dancer. She was very proud of her Irish and Scottish heritage. She and her husband owned various businesses over the years. Patricia was very involved in her community and was an active member in St Peters RC Church, Kiwanis Club, and Moose Lodge in Lewiston. She also donated her time to Opportunities Unlimited and various other clubs, charities, and events, especially those focusing on special needs children.
Patricia's family was her whole life and meant so much to her. She is survived by her beloved husband, Navy veteran Ernest K. Krell of Lewiston, NY. She is also survived by their loving children, Douglas Krell, Beverly (Jeffrey) Schurr, Karl (Catherine) Krell, Valerie (David) Capriotti, Theresa (David) Kopasz, and Ernest (Amanda) Krell, Jr. Patricia also had many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, near and dear to her heart. Grandchildren, Aubrey (Dustin), Jennifer (Timothy), Douglas, Jr., Jeffrey (Christine), Kenneth, Gabrielle (Casey), Dante, Mateo, Sarah, Adison, Nico, Nolan, and Heidi; great-grandchildren, Lucas, Alicia, Patrick, Adriana, Angelina, Jeffrey, Matthew, and soon to be, baby Isabelle Patricia.
A viewing (wake) will be held from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM on August 29, 2019 at Hardison Funeral Home, 401 Ridge Street, Lewiston, NY, USA. A funeral service will be held at 9:30 AM on August 30, 2019 at St Peters RC Church, 620 Center Street, Lewiston, NY, USA.
