Ronald R. Lauzau, age 86, of Wilson husband of Mary Schultz Lauzau entered into rest on Thursday, August 22, 2019 at home in Wilson. Ronald was born November 8, 1932 in Niagara Falls, NY, he was the son of the late James and the late Mary Eberhart Lauzau. Ron served in the U.S Navy from 1952 to 1955. He married Mary L. Schultz in October 1963. He was employed by Conrail Railroad as a Brakeman for 33 years retiring in 1983. Ron loved fishing, bird feeding, his pets, the outdoors and spending time with his family. He is survived by his wife Mary; his daughters Robin (David) Becker and Christine Kroening (Bradley Snyder). Ron is predeceased by 3 sons, Michael,Bradley,and John “Beans” Lauzau. Ron is survived by his sisters Mary Ann Ghougasian, Margaret (Michael) Powell and sister in-law Diane Lauzau and is predeceased by his brothers Donald and James Lauzau; sister and brother in-law Caroline (Ralph) Scozzafa and another brother in-law Edward Ghougasian. Ron is also survived by grandchildren Jessica, Mary, Jennifer, Jarod and others, also great grandchildren Isabella Mae and Jackson and several beautiful nieces, nephews and loving loyal dog dude. Family and friends may call on TUESDAY August 27, 2019 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at the HARDISON FUNERAL HOMES INC. 3648 Ransomville Rd. Ransomville, NY 14131. Funeral services will be held immediately following at 1:00 pm. Burial will be in North Ridge Cemetery Cambria, NY.
