Obituary of Colin R. Grandin
Colin R. Grandin, age 66, of Ransomville husband of Christine Gramm Grandin entered into rest Thursday, July 18, 2019 at his home. Colin was born September 3, 1952 in Niagara Falls, NY. He is the son of the late John V. and the late Marion H. Auld Grandin. He attended Niagara Wheatfield high school and then went on to Niagara University receiving a bachelor’s degree in history. Colin married Christine Gramm on June 25, 1976. He retired from Verizon where he was a Construction Lineman for 25 years retiring in 2012. Colin was a master craftsman, he enjoyed using his 3-D printer and was also an avid enthusiast of model airplanes.
He is survived by his wife Christine and his brother David (Robin) Grandin of Silver Creek, NY. He is predeceased by his brother, John "Jack" Grandin who passed away in July 2017.
