Obituary of Bradley C. Rose
Bradley C. "Bucky” “Uncle Buck” Rose of Lewiston, NY entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at Mercy Hospital in Buffalo, NY.
Born in Lewiston, NY on June 16, 1958 he was the beloved son of the late William C. and the late Joann (Vana) Rose.
Bradley was an amazing athlete in his younger years. A 1977 graduate of Lew-Port High School, he excelled in football, baseball and wrestling. Recognized as an All-WNY football player for Lew-Port, he then went on to play for Canisius College.
Bradley later moved to Honolulu, Hawaii where he resided for over 25 years. While in Hawaii, he had a successful career as a well-respected Finance Manager with Pflueger Honda. Throughout his time in Hawaii, he kept a deep connection and love for his hometown of Lewiston, NY. Bradley carried with him throughout his life the cherished memories of his dear mother. He will be remembered for his larger than life personality.
He is survived by his brothers, Jeffrey and Gregory (Debbie) Rose; his sister Christina Rose (Late Jeffrey Skowronski); his former wife and lifelong friend, Danna Borelli; his nephew Vinny Gambino who was very dear to him; loving aunts and cousins; and nieces and nephews who will miss their Uncle Buck. Also survived by many friends who he considered his "brothers" and friends who were his "Hawaii family". He was predeceased by his sister, Joann W. Rose.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 16, 2019 at 10:00 AM at St. Peter's R.C. Church, 620 Center Street, Lewiston, NY with Msgr. David G. LiPuma officiating.
