Aaron always had a smile when I saw him in school. "Polite" was a word that came to mind when I saw him in the cafeteria. May your memories help you through this trying time.

Dear Goodman Family,
We are all so shocked and saddened about Aaron's passing. I am a member of the Recreation Dept. at Beechwood Continuing Care and we all send our condolences to Aaron's friends and family.
I will say, I didn't know Aaron all that well but I always enjoyed saying "Hello" to him at the front desk and always noticed how cheerful he was to everyone he came in contact with. I will always remember holidays that he enjoyed dressing up for and he was always very supportive of whatever our department needed from him. He would make the best announcements on our overhead PA system about the "goings on" of the day such as our Halloween parties, Ice cream socials, birthday parties, etc. and always did it with a spooky voice of funny sayings to get our residents excited about attending.
He was defiantly one of those people that really stood out and had a very bright light within him even if you really didn't know him well, like myself, I could just tell he was a very special person. He obviously led an exciting life after reading about his educational pursuits and work experience on the East and West coasts.
We are all very sorry we didn't get a chance to say goodbye to him at Beechwood and express our thankfulness for the person he was, the smiles he brought to many faces and the job he did here. It was a surprise to all of us when he wasn't here anymore and we will continue to keep him fondly in our memories.
We all send our thoughts and prayers to his family and friends at this difficult time and please know we will be thinking of you during his memorial service.
Sincerely, Maggie Stinson and BCC Rec. Dept.

Hello Goodman Family...sorry to hear the news of Aaron. It certainly sounds like he enjoyed living and doing what he loved. We would be blessed to be able to say the same of our own lives. Please know that your family will be lifted up in my prayers during this time. Further, know that the "peace of God...will guard your hearts" at this time and always (Philippians 4:7).
