Obituary of Sandra L. Tuck

Sandra L. Tuck, age 55, lifelong resident of Youngstown, died unexpectedly on Wednesday April 12, 2017 in Mt. St. Mary's Hospital in Lewiston.
Sandy was born October 6, 1961 in Newfane, NY, the daughter of Glenn J. Sanger and the late Helen (Hastings) Sanger. She was a 1979 graduate of Lewiston-Porter High School and received her Associate's Degree in Business from Niagara County Community College.
Farming was Sandy's life. She was involved in her family farm for the past 40 years. She married Michael Tuck on March 21, 1992 and they have owned and operated Sanger Farms in Youngstown since her father retired in September of 2013.
Sandy was a communicant of St. Bernard RC Church in Youngstown and was a member of the Niagara River Region Chamber of Commerce. She loved baking, antiquing, and being with her family.
In addition to her father and husband Sandy is survived by her children, Lisa (Matthew) Vanderhider, Carly (Joseph) Lauzonis, Shari Posa, Rogan and Claitan Tuck; her grandchildren, Edynn and Faith; four sisters, Nancy (Jim) Hedges, Barbara (Jim) Bottum, Gwen (David) Carson, and Michele (Frank) Porreca; two brothers, Carl (Kelly) and Daniel (Teri) Sanger; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at HARDISON FUNERAL HOME, 3648 Ransomville Road, Ransomville on Tuesday from 1 - 4 and 7 - 9 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, April 19, at 10:00 am in St. Bernard RC Church, Hinman & Second Streets, Youngstown, with the Rev. Msgr. David G. LiPuma officiating. (Please assemble at Church). Burial will follow in North Ridge Cemetery, Church Rd. Town of Cambria.
