Ronald Jeffords

Ronald P. Jeffords, age 66 of Youngstown NY, died Sunday May 17, 2009 in Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center after a brief illness. Ronald was born July 10, 1942 in Niagara Falls, NY, the son of the late Dewey and Effie (Falker) Jeffords and was a 1960 graduate of Lewiston Porter High School. After graduation he enlisted in the US Navy and served until 1962. Ronald had lived in Redwood City, CA before returning to Youngstown. He was employed by Modern Disposal Corp. in Model City, NY for 2 years before a disability forced him to retire. He is survived by a son, Ryan Jeffords of San, Jose, CA; two brothers, Donald Jeffords of Redwood City, CA, Jay (Darlene) Jeffords of Youngstown; a step brother, Kenneth Jeffords of Oreville, CA. He was predeceased by two half sisters, Helen Stevenson and Betty Carter; and three half brothers, Elton, James, and Stuart Jeffords. Graveside Services will be held Monday, June 8, at 10:00 am in Niagara Falls Memorial Park Cemetery, Lewiston. Arrangements have been entrusted to HARDISON FUNERAL HOME, N. Fourth & Ridge Streets, Lewiston.
