Marlyn J. Morford

Marlyn J. Morford (Nee Dahmer), age 76, of the Town of Tonawanda entered into rest on Monday, November 21st , 2022 at Kenmore Mercy Hospital. Marlyn was born on June 1st, 1946, in Buffalo, NY. She is the daughter of the late Albert and the late Matilda (Nuwer) Dahmer. Marlyn was a graduate of Riverside High school. She married Bruce O. Morford Jr. on November 9, 1968.

Marlyn worked at several places over the years, but her last employment was with the claims dept. as a secretary for Travelers Insurance.

Surviving is her loving husband, Bruce; their children, Todd (Tracy Wing), Amy (John Palumbo) and Holly Morford (Walter Gregoretti); her sister, Alberta (Late Thomas) Mooney; her granddaughter, Katrina Whipple; 1 niece and 2 nephews.

Per Marlyn’s request she was cremated. A memorial mass will be held at St. Timothy RC Church 565 E. Park Dr. Tonawanda, NY 14150 on WEDNESDAY November 30th at 11:00 AM. She will be entombed in Elmlawn Cemetery.
