Kathryn V. Wagner

Kathryn V. “Kathy” Wagner, age 71, of Cambria died suddenly on Thursday, August 31st, 2023, at Buffalo General Medical Center in Buffalo, NY. Kathy was born on May 20th, 1952, in Salamanca, NY. She is the daughter of the late Fenton and the late Marie (Straughen) Moberg. Kathy was a 1971 graduate of Wilson CSD. She married Peter N. Wagner on November 27th, 1970.

Kathy was a homemaker all her life, she enjoyed watching NASCAR and the NFL, doing crossword puzzles, traveling to Florida, cruising, Bingo, and spending time with her family, especially watching the grandkids sporting events.

She is survived by her husband, Peter N. Wagner, her children. David (Rachael) Wagner, Nicole (Greg) Martin and Craig (Sabrina) Wagner; a daughter in-law Gabrielle Wagner; her siblings, Jeanine (Doug) Mack, Sandy (Louis) Scozzafava, Rick (Bonnie) Moberg, Lynn Moberg and Karen Moberg; 10 grandchildren, Josh, Mason, Chase, Cam, Veronica, Trent, Jacob, Alannah, Ariannah, and Lexi.

She I predeceased by her son Christopher Wagner and brothers Doug, Ron, and John Moberg.

Calling hours will be Wednesday, September 6th from 3-7 PM at Hardison Funeral Homes Inc., 3648 Ransomville Road, Ransomville, NY.

A memorial service will be held immediately following at 7:00 PM. with Rev. Kim Smith officiating.
