Douglas H. Kneeppel, Sr., age 61, of Cambria entered into rest on Saturday, July 17, 2021, at Hospice Buffalo in Cheektowaga, NY. Doug was born on September 25, 1959, in Niagara Falls, NY. He is the son of the late Duane H. and the late L. Jean (Lampman) Kneeppel Sr. Doug graduated from Wilson H.S class of 1977. He retired from the GM Chevrolet Plant in Tonawanda, NY in 2009 after 30 years as a team leader and fork truck operator. Doug enjoyed spending time with his family, grandchildren, and his beloved dog Cole. His passion was working on cars. He is survived by bis children, Douglas H. Kneeppel Jr. (Sara Zastrow) and Desirae Kneeppel; his siblings, Duane H. (Pam) Kneeppel Jr., Dennis H. Kneeppel and Cynthia Kneeppel; “PePah to his grandchildren, Nevaeh, Morgan, Brooklyn and Skylar King and Hunter Kneeppel. Calling hours will be held on Friday, July 23 from 5-8 PM. at the Hardison Funeral Home, 3648 Ransomville Road, Ransomville, NY. Private graveside and burial will be in North Ridge Cemetery.
