Daisy Bell

Daisy N. Bell, age 103 of Lewiston died Thursday June 26, 2014 in Our Lady Of Peace Nursing Care Residence in Lewiston, after a brief illness. Daisy was born June 10, 1910 in Tallahassee, FL, the daughter of the late Lewis L. and Ruth F. (Page) Nichols and has lived in the Niagara Falls area since the 1930's. During WWII she had worked at Carborundum Co. Daisy began her legal secretary career with the Boniello Law Firm before joining Warren Kahn Legal Service, from which she retired in 1976. She was predeceased by her husband, Jack R.G. Bell in 1982. She is survived by her dear friends and neighbors, David and Cynthia Gaj of Niagara Falls, NY; a nephew, Lewis Nichols of Virginia, as well as several cousins. Private services have been entrusted to HARDISON FUNERAL HOME, N. Fourth & Ridge Streets, Lewiston. There will be no visitation.
