Sondra Wisby

Sondra L. Wisby, age 60 formerly of Ransomville, died Sunday April 29, 2012 at her home in Lewiston under the loving care of her family and Niagara Hospice. Sondra was born November 26, 1951 in Niagara Falls, NY, the daughter of the late Alex C. and Charlotte (Herbert) Lotterio. She was a 1969 graduate of Lewiston Porter High School and attended Niagara County Community College Culinary Arts Program. On April 17, 1982 she married Jack H. Wisby who predeceased her on April 5, 2001. Sondra had owned and operated the Cobblestone House Florist and Wisby's Café. She enjoyed gardening, baking, and spending time with her friends and family. She is survived by her children, R. James Lister, Susannah J. Wisby, Alexander S. Wisby, and Mark D. Coppola; a granddaughter, Cloe M. Lister; a sister, Mary (late Donald) Wishart; and a sister in law, JoAnne Lotterio. She was predeceased by a brother, Michael E. Lotterio, a sister, Lucille Perry; and a grandson, Caleb James Lister. Family and friends will gather to celebrate Sondra's life at HARDISON FUNERAL HOME, 3648 Ransomville Rd. Ransomville on Sunday, May 6, from 2 - 4 pm.
