Mildred L. “ Millie" Hillman, age 92, of Ransomville died Thursday, July 7, 2022, at OLP in Lewiston, NY. Mrs. Hillman was born on January 22, 1930, in Town of Porter, NY. She is the daughter of the late Frank and the late Theda (Lafler) Bradley. She married Robert B. “Frenchy” Hillman on May 1, 1948, he predeceased her on June 6, 2005. Millie graduated from Wilson CSD in 1947, she was a homemaker all of her life. Millie was the local historian for 25 years, a member of the Ransomville UMC and the Ransomville Fire Co. Ladies Aux.
Surviving are her children; Roxy Berry, Scott (Cindy) Hillman, Steven (Susan) Hillman, Leigh (Nancy) Hillman, Sue (Daniel) Harbison and Sheila (Mark) Jaskula; 13 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren, also many nieces and nephews and her sister in-law Joanne (Paul) Mangan.
She is predeceased by her 6 siblings: Miles Bradley, Marion Shippy, Nettie Martin, Harvey Bradley, Dora Chestnut, and Esther Hardison.
Calling hours will be held at the HARDISON FUNERAL HOMES INC. 3648 Ransomville Rd. Ransomville, NY 14131 on SUNDAY from 1-7 PM.
The funeral will be held at the Ransomville United Methodist Church, 2573 Youngstown Lockport Rd., Ransomville, NY on MONDAY (7/11) at 10:00 AM. Burial will be in North Ridge Cemetery.
