Gern W. Jaeger Jr.

Gern W. Jaeger, Jr., age 83, of Lewiston died Saturday, July 2, 2022, at home. Mr. Jaeger was born on December 9, 1938, in Buffalo, NY. He is the son of the late Gern W. and the late Murial (Danstone) Jaeger, Sr. He married Darlene R. Dawes on December 26, 1964, she predeceased him on January 21, 2007.

He was employed by Niagara County Community College as a Professor of Life Science. For 20 plus years retiring in the 1980’s

He is survived by 2 children; Timothy Yaeger and Laura (Chris) Moon; 9 grandchildren and his siblings: Murial (James) Kropelin and Margaret (James) Harbison. He is predeceased by a sibling H.K David Jaeger II.

A private graveside with burial will be held in Gate of Heaven Cemetery Lewiston, NY.
