Debra J. Ganshaw, age 60 of Ransomville, died Sunday December 11, 2016 in Mt. St. Mary's Hospital in Lewiston after a short illness. Debbie was born March 16, 1956 in Niagara Falls, NY, the daughter of Carol (Johnston) Steblein and the late Joseph Steblein. A lifelong resident, she was a 1974 graduate of Wilson High School and on May 21, 1976 she married Harold Ganshaw. Debbie was the Market Manager for Coulter's Farm Market where she was employed for 14 years. Previously she had worked for many years at Luff's Greenhouses. She loved gardening, her pets (especially her "grand dogs"), and the Buffalo Sabres. Debbie also enjoyed spending time with her family and her customers at the farm. She is survived by her husband, Harold; her children, Trevor (Nicole) Ganshaw, Erin (Boyd) MacTavish, and Jeremy (Jessica) Ganshaw; her brothers, Karl (Anne), Joel, and John (Melissa) Steblein; and her mother in law, Elaine Edmiston. Friends may call at HARDISON FUNERAL HOME 3648 Ransomville Road, Ransomville on Thursday, December 15, from 3 - 8 pm. Graveside services in North Ridge Cemetery will be private at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a Charity of one's choice.
