John R. "Bean" Lauzau, age 45 of Ransomville died Sunday April 5, 2015 in Niagara Hospice House in Lockport, after a lengthy illness. Bean was born January 27, 1970 in Lewiston, the son of Ronald and Mary (Schultz) Lauzau of Wilson and has lived here his whole life. He attended Wilson High School and has worked at many jobs in the area, Basil Inc. in Wilson, Bickford Box Co., Danielewicz Farms, and for Shawnee Tire. Beanie had many interests and hobbies. He loved cooking for others; was a great prankster; enjoyed 4 wheeling, snowmobiling, mowing the lawn, bonfires, the outdoors, and fishing. He was also a great Sabres fan. In addition to his parents, he is survived by a brother, Bradley Lauzau of Wilson; two sisters, Robin (David) Becker of Sanborn and Christine Kroening (Bradley Snyder) of Ransomville; three nieces, Jennifer, Mary, and Jessica; a nephew, Jarod; a great nephew, Jackson; his loving companion, Cynthia Greenlief; and aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Services will be private at the convenience of the family. There will be no prior visitation. Memorials may be made to Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Dr. Lockport, NY 14094. Arrangements have been entrusted to HARDISON FUNERAL HOME, 3648 Ransomville Road, Ransomville.
