Norma C. Elliott, age 86 of Youngstown, died Monday October 5, 2009 at her residence under the loving care of her family. Norma was born July 26, 1923 in Inverness, Nova Scotia, the daughter of the late Stewart and Nellie Cameron. She immigrated to Niagara Falls, NY in the 1950's and was an EKG Technician, employed by Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center from 1956 to her retirement in 1982. She has resided in Youngstown since 1976. Norma married William A. Elliott in 1962 and William predeceased her in 1980. She always put her family first, especially her beloved grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is survived by a daughter, Carolyn E. (Walter) Bailor of Youngstown; two grandsons, Jake Adams of Ransomville and Scott Adams Blytheville, AK; four great granddautghters, one great grandson, seven nieces and four nephews . She was predeceased by three brothers, Ainsley and Gordon Cameron, and Robert Nicholson. Funeral Services will be private at the convenience of the family. There will be no prior visitation. Memorials may be made to the Youngstown Volunteer Fire Co. Ambulance Fund, PO Box 387, Youngstown, NY 14174. Arrangements have been entrusted to HARDISON FUNERAL HOME, 3648 Ransomville Road, Ransomville.
