Obituary of Judy A. Ault

Judy A. Ault, age 74 of Ransomville, died Saturday June 3, 2017 in the Niagara Hospice House in Lockport after a short illness.

Judy was born December 31, 1942 in Niagara Falls, NY, the daughter of the late Donald F. and Marie C. (York) DeTamble. She had various careers through the years. Judy made and sold crafts on the internet as CRAFTYJUDY and at one time had worked as a lounge singer. She excelled as a housewife, mom, and grandmother. Judy loved traveling and cruises.

Judy's first husband, Richard R. Rohde, predeceased her in 1988. On June 5, 1993 she married Norman Ault. In addition to Norman, she is survived by a son, Brian (Stephanie) Rohde; two daughters, Amber (Mark) Maranto and Candice (Jeff) Begley; a sister, Donna (Calvin) Hockenberry; seven grandchildren and one great grandchild. She was predeceased by a sister, Terry (Fred) Diez.

Friends may call at HARDISON FUNERAL HOME, 3648 Ransomville Road, Ransomville on Tuesday from 4 – 8 pm. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, June 7, at 11:00 am in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Dr., Lockport, NY 14094.
